I must confess, I have snatched a ton of good deals myself here in Sandy Utah. I have a great Sandy Utah Realtor that gives me the scoop on the newest prices that have lowered as well as any short sales that have come up. My realtor has been a priceless asset and the only reason that I am mentioning him is that i feel bad that I won’t be able to buy anymore houses anytime soon. I have purchased 12 in the last year and a half and I can’t finance any more, although I wish I could. Dave has really been a great asset, I couldn’t have done it woith out him.
