Just back from a fantastic day at Lake Francis! That is such a nice lake…kind of oblong in shape with a nice long shoreline. Plenty of room for the gang to spread out and run our boats together. It started out as usual, a few of us got there early to set up and get our ‘spot’ on the shore. After most of us were already ‘in the water’ and kicking up some spray, along came Todd with a surprise for all of us. Todd is the proud new owner of a CEN Racing Grey Thunder! After we all gawked at his new prize, it was time to put her to the test. He just got this boat yesterday, so today was it’s maiden voyage! He got the nitro version…what a hot looking boat! First a few easy laps around the lake, a lot of ‘oohs and ahhs’! Then he stepped it up a few notches…wow…that Grey Thunder blew me away! This has to be the flashiest boat I’ve seen here at our lake…Todd was certainly proud of his new boat, and I don’t blame him.
