I was looking for a retro style-looking toaster without success so I tried a different tack. I found what I was looking for when I looked up 2 slice toaster reviews. My new toaster is a big, rounded, die-cast stainless steel job that weighs a lot less than it looks. The cancel button is a much-appreciated feature as I tend to change my mind about the doneness of my toast after setting the toast-shade. Another plus point for my new toaster is how quickly and evenly it does the toasting, and the slots are wide enough to handle bagels with no problem at all.
