One more point on a combination-type vitamin E

Here is a major point in our combo-type vitamin E that I did not manage to get included in our former discussions: your body doesn’t even like it when you take Tocopherols and Tocotrienols at the same time. Really. You see, your body prefers that you take these vitamins separately, at different times of the day; i.e. you should, say, take Tocopherols during the morning hours, and then take the Tocotrienols during the evening hours. In this way, your body can best process all of the nutrients, and there won’t be any waste; because your body will most likely get rid of a lot of the nutrients because it can’t process most of it.
