I Find That Guided Meditation mp3s Are Beneficial in Helping Me Relax

I have always had a hard time relaxing.  For some reason, I’m just always more tense than the next guy.  I don’t know why this is.  I started meditating a while ago, though, and I feel so much better.  I use guided meditation mp3s and they seem beneficial in helping me relax and just let go.  I think that is my problem – I have a natural inability to let go of my troubles.  With meditation, however, it is much easier and I can let go, relax and actually ease any tensions my body feels at the same time which is really helpful!
