Helping a bad back

I was golfing the other day with several friends and realized that I had tweaked my back. I’ve had a bad back for years, and have been looking for exercises for back pain relief recently. I tried 3 different exercises such as waist rolls, hip turns, and deep knee bends and they seem to be helping my back pain improve over time. The real test will be the next time I go out for a round of golf and see how my swing feels. I have a feeling these new back exercises will help to have a more fluid swing and less back pain.
