Advice from Human Resources

February 24th, 2010 by admin

Work performance is affected by the habits you do while preparing to go to work. I’m a 40-year-old human resource manager and I know this fact well. I used to handle employees who get too stressed out from not doing the things they ought to do before work. This is because some of them don’t get a good night’s rest, have no dinner and no breakfast, and have bad hygienic practices. As a start, I recommend my workers to try something that is not a break of routine and that guarantees them the correction of their old habits. Sometimes, I recommend the caveman diet to overhaul their home habits and deliver better work performance.
