4 rules to follow for lifetime fat loss

To learn how to lose weight quick I have found there are certain rules that needed to be followed in order to get the desired results, a friend of mine had been getting lost in eight to twelve week weight loss programs and decided to give a shortermore concise program a go so i explained the four rules to her as follows…1. No Cheating – she needed to stick to the diet 100%2. No Skipping Workouts – There are only twenty four workouts so she has to do everyone3. Completed Focused Effort – No training for a marathon, spinning classes 3x a week, etc. All her efforts needed to be focused on losing as much weight as quick as possible.4. She Had To Let People Know – Tell people about what she was doing would put the pressure on Jenna to really make the twenty eight days fat loss sprint work. Twenty eight days isn’t that long and if she told friends and coworkers they were sure to check in with her to see how she did (plus most people would assume that losing fifteent pounds in three to four weeks isn’t possible so they would be interested enough to find out what happened).
