I thought I would write on here to say thank-you for the way in which my cheap car insurance claim was handled. I was unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident recently. Because the situation had been a little ambiguous, I was pulling onto a roundabout, but the other car was doing about 60mph- way too fast-, I thought that I might end up getting the blame. I was fortunate though because my insurers were really good, the service was excellent and the claim was settled without me even having to go to court. There were a few points at which it was getting frustrating, but the staff talked me through every step and I never felt like it was all beyond my control or I didn’t know what was happening. I will definitely be getting my car insurance with the same insurers again, I know that they will deal with everything in a professional manner- they’ve definitely boosted my confidence in insurance companies.
