Many years ago I had this really incredible metaphysical experience. Or at least it seemed like it was. But in reality what had happened was that I had some spyware on my computer, and this really weird guy came over from the computer shop with some spyware adware removal software. While he was installing it and running it, he was telling me these stories about these little computer viruses that are running around and making life hard for people. The way he was talking about them was as if they were some kind of biological organism or something. I wasn’t sure where he was getting his metaphors from, but it sure was fun.
