Cuban’s answer is the right one. He bought the plane to use it.
So what?
How many people out there combine small business advice trips with pleasure and pass the airfare off to their companies as legitimate business expenses, which they are? It’s the same thing, only on a grander scale.
This is really nobody’s business except for the owners of the aircraft and the employers of these high fliers.
What would be more interesting and is everybody’s business is the number of government aircraft flown at taxpayer expense for questionable reasons. Who is on those planes? Where are they going and why? At what cost?

Greg, I certainly understand your frustration with the national firms. At the same time, there are an awlful lot of financial advisors that truly feel they work for their clients, and not for the shingle hanging over the door.
As a Financial Advisor for over 30 years, part of my job is to protect my clients from Wall Street’s senior debt management advice. I am just as frustrated, if not more, at what senior management has done to the investment business. I left the major wirehouse 8 years ago just for that reason.
Have some faith, but put it in a local person, you can meet and talk to face to face.

Contention between administration and faculty is nothing new, going back decades across many public institutions of higher education. This particular battle focuses on terms and conditions of employment law advice of faculty and staff and not on the appropriate common ground between the factions: supporting student learning. President Farahi is a visionary leader dedicated to supporting our students through increased access to full-time faculty (more office hours), improving the campus infrastructure (new buildings), enhancing opportunities for campus housing for students and faculty as well as increased funding for faculty research and scholarship. Each of these initiatives was resisted by a small faction of the faculty union concerned more about their personal privileges rather than student learning. The allegations raised in this article are a part of an ongoing litany of attacks on our President by an increasingly desperate group of employees that resist change because they are either unwilling or unable to embrace the future of higher education. The preponderance of our faculty understand that teaching and learning is a dynamic process shared by teachers and students that cannot be constrained or defined by a contract of employment.

This is how Greece got to be where they are now- Bankrupt.
Corrupt Judges, Administrators and Community Organizers have been truned loose on the tax payers by corrupt politicians who’s only motive is to gather votes.
They dont understand that they are destroying the US one person at a time by allowing that undeserving person to sit around accumulate diseases and demoralize himself and his family and keep asking for more and more handouts.
No President or Congress ever cuts these free lawyer advice money programs but they sure pile on it even more: Most recently a crowning achievement of President Obama- free wireless phone with 250 free minutes each month to every person on the dole.

Pat Fay,
Funny that you judge the problem by what you can see, or in this case not see. CO2 is an invisible gas. The fact that you do not see as much particulate matter in the air doesn’t mean that there isn’t a problem. That is what happens when you over simplify the issue and limit it to what you can see. It takes science to really know and understand what is happening under the surface. But hey, you don’t seem to care about the world around you. That’s cool. You can go back to burying your head in the sand if it makes you feel better. But the problem is out there none the less and we will at some time in the future reach a tipping point where we will regret not dealing with this problem when we had the evidence but not the desire to do anything to solve this long term problem.
Believe what you will. I now return you to your regularly scheduled dillusion…

you didn’t listen. the disgust is that he tries to sell us a compromise what is no more than the same as the before. he really assumes that we are all stupid. I didn’t even comment on my opinion on the HHS proposal at all but on Obamas disgust of the voter as something completely stupid. if you need to be enrolled in a healthplan to get a benefit it is a paid benefit of the healthplan …. to call it accommodation and outreach is just plain stupid …. btw, it is amazing too, that HHS following a recommendation of whatever oganization is enforcing a new free advice prevention benefit … if I go to the doctor because I am afraid of a heart attack the ECG should be free too ….. where is the end ….. Botox should be free, as it is preventing me from getting wrinkles and I can’t pay for it like the 1%er Pelosi! if we want free HC we should argue for it …. this is my case…. don’t sell me for stupid!

Says who Mr. Ward? I actually have plenty of devout Christian friends, and the reason they’re friends is that even if I think their beliefs are hocus pocus (and they think my soul is doomed), we can fundamentally still get along otherwise. I actually grew up attending church, until I woke up and realized all organized religion is pretty much a big money-making scam taking advantage of believers (i.e. suckers), but my Christian friends obviously disagree.
The fact that you’re willing to make assumptions about people you don’t know however points doesn’t seem very… Christian. hahahaha

A remarkable sequence of words and topics strung together. I am not sure what they mean, but they must mean something to somebody. I’m not even sure you aren’t attempting satire.
Did Lincoln try to free lawyer advice the slaves before the war?
Who fired the first shots at Ft. Sumter?
Did Lincoln deliberately start the Civil War or was it, as was the war on terror, forced by an attack?
Lincoln clearly took some extra-constitutional actions, suspending habeas corpus, for example, but he could have been held accountable for his actions if the people did not approve, and I think he undertook those actions correctly and for the right reason, to save the union. Not bad accomplishments for a backwoods lawyer. Almost makes me think it’s OK for so many lawyers to be in the government now. Almost, but not quite. Way too many lawyers in congress–and the White House.
