I Made My Point In The Closing Arguments Of My First Case As A Defense Attorney

June 30th, 2009 by admin

I played the whole experience very cool, calm, and collected. I did not falter once. The prosecuting attorney looked a bit surprised. He knew that I was a newbie and was expecting me to lose. I was actually winning. My client had no evidential support that clearly stated he was involved at all. Everything the prosecutors had was purely circumstantial. I am already speaking like a great Los Angeles Federal Criminal Defense Attorney! It was pure magic for me at the closing arguments. I clearly stated that there was no physical evidence linking my client to this crime at all. The forensics came up with nothing!
