Florida No Fault Car Insurance Protects Any Victims

January 28th, 2010 by admin

When the no fault car insurance law went into effect in 2008, there was a reason behind it. Florida no fault car insurance was started, so that victims of an accident could be cared for. This means that as long as there is adequate coverage there is no  need to worry. Without coverage, it is the responsibility of the at fault driver to pay for all the injuries and property damage. The state of Florida will no longer assume the costs. This can make a huge difference, in the event of an accident. This is why it is important to carry no fault car insurance.
