There are many ways of employing brayer rollers to your advantage when using them in conjunction with a craft project. There are two main uses of brayers, first of all you can obtain the replaceable rubber rollers with various designs, for example – snowflakes; in this case you would ink up the roller and apply to your substrate to produce a background design. The other main use would be to use a brayer roller for transferring ink onto large rubber stamps which will tend to give you an even coating of ink across the stamp when compared to applying the ink direct.
