Currently I belong to a training program. I entered that program five months ago and I like it. So far everything has gone well and I have learned many things. I have been seeing the results because I feel stronger and I don’t get so tired as I used to. I have also lost some of my stomach fat and it is great.

I will recommend this program to everyone because it is a great one. Like I said before I have learned many things including diet tips. Now I know what foods to eat because I know the ones that are healthy for me.

I run a small architect/interior design firm.  The files I work with tend to be large in size. Therefore, backing up all of my files takes a large amount of space. The company I work for has just announced that we can elect to contribute to a cafeteria plan if we would like to.  I have never paid much attention to how these plans worked since I have never had this option available.  the way I understand it I can elect to contribute pre tax dollars to a plan that is designated for a specific purpose.  I know there are restrictions on what you can use it for but I don’t know all of the options.  I would be interested in contributing the amount I spend on day car each month.  I am going to consult with my accountant before making any decisions.
